Beder challenge the stigma surrounding mental health and suicide prevention, stimulating a dialogue to softly raise awareness and provide a platform for us all to play our part in normalising the conversation around these important societal issues. They want to lead the way collaboratively, build meaningful and authentic relationships with their partners and supporters whilst creating greater accessibility to information and opportunities to promote self care and manage our mental health.
