Women4Football is an event organised by the Italian Footballers’ Association (AIC) in collaboration with the sports marketing and events agency of Demetrio Albertini (DA). Dedicated to celebrating and promoting Italian women’s football, the event brings together top institutions and authorities, including Minister for Sport and Youth Andrea Abodi, CONI President Giovanni Malagò, FIGC President Gabriele Gravina, and AIC President Umberto Calcagno.

The highlight of the evening is the awards ceremony for the best female footballers of the 2023-24 season, with winners chosen by their fellow players—reinforcing AIC’s tradition of "football rewarding football." This unique aspect adds authenticity and prestige to the honours.

Beyond recognition, Women4Football serves as a bridge between generations, uniting today’s champions with legends who shaped Italian women's football. This symbolic exchange underscores the sport’s evolution and the growing influence of its athletes on both national and international stages.
