This jersey is worn and signed by 2023 Tour de France General Classification winner, Jonas Vingegaard. Worn in Stage 3, the peloton crossed the border racing from Amorebieta-Etxano in Biscay to Bayonne in southern France. This is the second victory for the Danish rider, who also managed the feat in 2022 for his first Grand Tour win.
