Alive and Kicking’s mental health programme is proven to boost mental wellbeing, improve mental health knowledge by over 65% and increase an individual’s willingness to seek support by over three times.

The Winter Three Peaks Challenge will ensure that Alive and Kicking can continue to deliver their mental health programming while scaling up and strengthening impact.
