Sport has the incredible power to thrill and entertain, whilst also being able to educate and focus the attention of the masses to the most important topics. Beder is utilising sport as one of several ways in which it opens the dialogue and raises awareness for mental health. In light of Beder’s cause, footballing heroes of yesterday, today and tomorrow, have come together to be part of the Beder FC team and to pledge their support by signing their Beder FC kits, boots and also gloves. The Beder charity was founded in 2019 by Razzak Mirjan, in memory of his younger brother Beder Mirjan, who unexpectedly took his life on the 18th of April 2017. Beder was always seen as a very gentle, caring, and witty young man. His family always surrounded him with love and attention, and his future looked very bright. His unmotivated decision on that day of April, left his family in distraught, especially since Beder left without giving them any reasons. The charity isn’t only a way to remember Beder and help those who find themselves in his situation, but it also communicates to every single person on the planet that it is not a sign of weakness to discuss mental health openly or privately. Beder manages to raise funds by organising unique and inspiring events and initiatives, like concerts, public gatherings, and most importantly through their team Beder FC.

Thanks to the support of several former Fulham stars, Fulham season ticket holder and Beder founder Razzak Mirjam, managed to create the Beder FC team. Beder FC is a club that remains open to all, with the intent of raising awareness around mental health and suicide prevention through playing football. This great initiative has received support from a stream of high-profile professional football players around the world, many of which can be found in the current auction.

Included in the auction there are not only stars from the present world of football, such as Harry Kane, Jack Grealish and Bruno Fernandes, but there are also some iconic legends such as David Beckham, John Terry and Franck Ribery offering their support. The auction not only features Beder FC signed shirts and gloves, but also various signed boots with stunningly creative and powerful designs. All of these pieces are extremely exclusive and cannot be found elsewhere.
