The luminous yellow that is the shirt's primary colour is interrupted by neat black lines. On its front is a badge celebrating Chelsea’s 2021 victory in the FIFA Club World Cup; on its sleeve are two patches, one referencing another victory in the 2021 Champion’s League and one promoting the UEFA Foundation for Children.

Through the implementation of several inclusive projects, such as the Football for All Leadership Programme, the Innovating for Inclusion Bootcamp or the “Most Inclusive Match”, ID aims to change the perception of sport’s organisations towards disability and turn the sport’s world into a place where all people can reach their fullest potential.
