Mihai Nesu Foundation 

Mihai Nesu, voormalig profvoetballer van FC Utrecht, liep in 2011 een dwarslaesie op door een ongeval op de training.

Ondanks zijn zware letsel is Nesu begonnen met revalideren en richtte hij de Mihai Nesu Foundation op. De wedstrijdshirts van FC Utrecht – AZ worden geveild voor zijn foundation. De Foundation zet zich in voor jeugd en volwassenen met een handicap in Roemenie. Mihai Nesu wil de mensen in zijn geboorteland dezelfde kans geven die hij in Nederland krijgt. 

Mihai Nesu Foundation

Mihai Nesu, former FC Utrecht professional footballer, suffered a spinal cord injury in an accident at training in 2011.

Despite his severe injury, Nesu started rehabilitation and founded the Mihai Nesu Foundation. The FC Utrecht - AZ match shirts will be auctioned for his foundation. The Foundation is dedicated to helping youth and adults with disabilities in Romania. Mihai Nesu wants to give people in his native country the same chance he gets in the Netherlands.
