At Skyggebørn, we talk to children and young people about grief. Everyone is affected by grief at some point in their lives.

Grief is an intangible thing. But it is also a fact of life. We all encounter it at some point in our lives and in one form or another. Despite this, grief is one of the things we talk about the least. And the hardest to talk about. However, it is right there, in the difficult emotions, that we understand grief and make a difference to each other.
