This shirt was issued for the Game4Ukraine charity football match on 5 August 2023 to raise money for the United24 initiative, a fundraiser to help in Ukraine's rebuilding of facilities and infrastructure that suffered damage from the Russian invasion of Ukraine as well as the ongoing Russo-Ukrainian War.
Each shirt in the Football Shirt Friday Special features the number 6 on the back in tribute to Bobby Moore, who famously wore number 6 as he captained the England team to World Cup glory in 1966.

Shortly after his death in 1993, Bobby’s widow Stephanie Moore OBE set up the Bobby Moore Fund to raise money for pioneering bowel cancer research.
